Wild Scotland: Dream Wild
The brief
Wild Scotland represents the operators who guide visitors into Scotland's wild places: wildlife watching, sea kayaking, hillwalking, birdwatching, photography tours and more. The Dream Wild campaign was designed to reach visitors who might not yet know that these guided experiences exist and to position Scotland's wildlife tourism sector as a world-class destination for immersive outdoor travel.
Morrocco Media was commissioned to produce a campaign film that could represent the breadth and quality of the Wild Scotland member offer.
The approach
The film required coverage across multiple activity types and landscapes: from Highland wildlife encounters to coastal kayaking, from guided hill days to wildlife photography. We worked with Wild Scotland to identify the experiences that would communicate the sector's diversity most effectively and built a shoot schedule across a range of Scottish locations and seasons.
The colour grade was designed to enhance the natural palette of the Scottish landscape without distorting it: the goal was footage that felt authentic to anyone who had been in those environments while being immediately compelling to someone who had not.
The outcome
The Dream Wild film gave Wild Scotland a campaign asset that communicated the quality and range of their members' offerings in a way that matched the ambition of the sector. The film was used across Wild Scotland's digital channels, trade shows and member communications as a primary marketing tool for the organisation's profile-raising work.
